If you do, we want to hear from you as we have an exciting Technical Sales Administrator role within our growing Commercial team.

Main Purpose of Job

The role of Technical Sales Administrator is to support the commercial team with the delivery of sales and commercial objectives in line with Company targets.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be required to assist with the delivery of sales through existing clients and with new business opportunities.

As a Technical Sales Administrator you will prepare proposals, quotations, statements of work and other commercial documentation. You will support the Sales Manager to nurture and grow existing clients and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.

You will ensure the company CRM system is kept fully up to date and carry our research projects to support with delivery of commercial objectives.

 In the role if Technical Sales Administrator you will liaise and work closely with our Operations and PMO team, maintaining customer relations via regular meetings and communications.

Key Person Specification

• A scientific background - desirable.

• Knowledge of ENDS products is desirable.

• Excellent communicator internally and externally and capable of maintaining and building new relationships quickly.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Teamworking ability but able to work independently.

• Results driven, customer-focused and hard working.

• A professional and trustworthy individual with drive and passion to complete work within tight deadlines.

• UK driving license.
