Main Purpose of Job

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of work stream projects as part of larger high value projects. Successful management of these projects is essential for the delivery of the overall project, leading to the continued growth of the business and establishing long-terms client relationships.

As a Project Manager you will manage projects as part of a multi-disciplined team, delivering distinct work packages to enable our client’s success in an increasingly regulated environment. Working with internal operations and global contractor/partner research organizations you will ensure the tracking of progress is communicated to the project lead, in line with the project’s agreed communications plan.

Key Person Specification

• Experience of and/or qualification in Project Management – essential.
• Graduate of a Scientific or Engineering subject or Quality Management/Regulatory Affairs etc. – essential.
• Knowledge of Medical/device manufacturing.
• Experience of working in a regulated industry (e.g. FMCG, new product development or pharmaceutical/healthcare) - advantageous.
• Knowledge of regulatory submissions/marking authorisations (e.g. UL, CE etc) – advantageous.
• Interest in or knowledge of nicotine containing products e.g. Vaping, e-Cigarettes, patches, gums etc – advantageous.
• Committed to delivering to deadlines within a team environment.
• Effective communicator, both written & verbal. Experience of writing reports and/or SOPs would advantageous.
• Ambitious to gain experience and knowledge in a cutting-edge, dynamic industry.
