Main Purpose of Job

Broughton Nicotine Services are a Contract Research Organisation providing analytical, scientific and regulatory support to businesses in the e-cigarette sector, enabling them to increase the value of their business and advance a smoke-free future. The product safety and compliance team will support our clients with their pursuit of regulatory compliance.

• Management of clinical trials and PK studies
• Management of ethics committees
• PK Study design and protocol writing
• Management of CROs
• Interaction with regulatory bodies
• Dossier writing and submission
• Statistical analysis of study data
• Real-world data and metadata analysis

Key Person Specification

• Degree in biology or related field (essential)
• PhD in clinical studies (desirable)
• At least 7 years’ experience in clinical science (Ideally within tobacco industry or respiratory drug products)
• Experience with database management
• Proven ability in technical writing and communications.
• Proven self-learner.
• Can demonstrate business / commercial acumen.
• Proven project management skills.
• Can demonstrate drive and motivation.
